Armand W. Tiberio is a Senior Director of the Tax Credit Group (TCG) of Marcus & Millichap. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company is the largest investment real estate brokerage firm in the country. Since beginning his investment brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap in 2000, Mr. Tiberio has participated in the closing of over $3 Billion of multifamily and mixed-use product.

Mr. Tiberio is a senior transaction leader with the Tax Credit Group, the country’s leading team of Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) apartment brokers. 

He has participated as a speaker and panelist at industry events hosted by SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners, the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA), and the Affordable Housing Investors Council (AHIC).

Mr. Tiberio has earned the distinction of Senior Associate and is a Senior Director of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group. He holds a degree in Business and Finance from Pepperdine University.
